That's a neat car, with even a better story if all told is true. It's a hard car to shop.

The largest engine he could get was 350HP due to a GM strike??? Don't recall hearing that lament before. Too bad someone repainted the engine. Nice car. Tom Mack seems to have a knack for finding low mileage original cars.

The foam in those wrinkled buckets don’t look like they have only 10k miles?

Seen the car in Carlisle. Great car but poorly fluffed under the hood.

----I thought the same thing, Helmut. Those wrinkles wouldn't be in a car with these kind of miles. Not quite saying they aren't original, but makes one wonder!.....Bill S

Great car but poorly fluffed under the hood.

This was my initial thought as well, too bad they couldn't have left it untouched.

Not saying it’s the case here, but I remember seeing a LOT of disconnected speedometers in the ‘70’s & ‘80’s . . .

I found a 20,000 mile survivor LS5 70 Chevelle back in 2019 with the exact same interior and the seats in it looked identical. I agree with everyone else that the the engine compartment fluffing on this one is a travesty.

I thought the same about the seats but it is the dashboard pic that has me puzzled. Compare how crisp the Wiper Washer letters are and how worn out that De Fog switch looks.
