Look at the salt on that car! Rusting away already. Also appears to be an American Modern insured car

Those flood cars were rusting before the water ever receded.
They need to be stripped to the bare shell, every component disassembled and cleaned, all electrical components need replaced, upholstery trashed...etc., etc. It's like starting on a nut and bolt restoration on a rusted out roller, except a person needs to take them completely apart first, to do it right.... many will try to cut corners to flip for profit. HOPEFULLY, the titles will have a flood loss salvage notation on them.
The white on the sides looks like our cars do most of the winter, since most states stopped using sand and just dump hundreds of tons of salt and calcium chloride on the roads now.

Having lost cars in Katrina here in NOLA, I would strongly suggest anyone stay away at any price. We tried to save some of ours. Within a few years you could literally poke a hole through body panels with a screwdriver.
