Hope all you SYC folks are sharing the love on this day. Getting ready to cook Karen a nice dinner...scallops in a tomato based cream sauce. Homemade bread by yours truly...and a nice wine.

Vanilla ice cream with cherry sauce and whipped cream.

That looks great. My wife also makes wonderful scallops, and she doesn't even eat them. They're all for me. We're lucky guys.
