cleaning out my basement found 3 gm cams in the original tubes part # 3863151 - 3972178 - 3965775 can someone them me what they are thanks

3972178 is 1970-72 350-360HP, 350-370HP (1970), 350-330HP (1971) and 350-255HP(1972) LT-1 cam.

It is also known as the '182 cam. It may have a 2182 number near the back of the cam, a square and a splash of brown paint.

I think the 151 cam is an L-79
