Anyone going to The Amelia this week end? I'm taking my (2) Sons, Golf on Thursday, and we're booked to see Ray Everham's seminar on the history of Corvette At LeMans on Friday. Weather looks good this weekend, minor chance of rain on Saturday afternoon. Looking forward to getting out of Chicago weather for 5 days.

Has anyone ever been? First time going to a show / Auction full of "Un-Obtainium" and I do not know what to expect. I've been to Amelia Island with my Wife, before, loved the Omni Hotel and the food but I've never to "The Amelia". Maybe I'll get to see Jay Leno and Wayne Carini again? Dose not look like too many Muscle Cars will be there. Any time I can get away with my 39 and 37 year old Sons Will be a Great time! Life IS too short to drive a Slow car, or drink Bad Booze as someone famous once said.

I brought a Kurtis in 2009?, the show was incredible. The entire place was run by volunteers that are car people and are grateful that you brought your car. So down to earth and it's because of Bill Warner who is the founder and a car nut extraordinaire.

You'll see many cars that you can't pronounce the names of. It's just a wonderful show.

Soak it in and enjoy the sun!
