Only issue I see, is no title. If it's been in AL all it's life, it will only have registration. My old neighbor bought an Elco out of 'Bama a few years back and it was a year long fight, WITH lots of back paperwork for insurance and tabs in AL, for the state of MN to give him a clean title, rather than a bonded one.
A person would need to get a clarification of their claim of a "clean" title.
