Most of those cars from Irongate? I'm friends with a member that has a place in there. Guess I gotta make the trip to get that free beer!

After posting these pictures, I figured someone on the site would know a few back stories on some of these cars. The unit with (5) Hemi cars, and (2) 440 6-Pack cars was cool. The blue 1969 RS Camaro I believe was a COPO, and the Lemans Blue 1969 RS Z-28 had custom interior and Hawaii plates on it. The unit with the Rally Green Yenko, the Jack Douglass Yenko Race Car with the tunnel ram, and the unrestored Harrell Camaro was very impressive. I thought I over heard a guy in the unit saying they were his Dad's cars from back in the Day.
Even with the rain, it was a great display of high performance Cars. Bill

The JD Yenko looks like the one Stefano had a few years back - can't be too many that color with a tunnel ram from the Chicago area around. The orange Harrell car next to it looks like the one Dave Beem had.

The Harrell car looked a little rough for Dave Beem to own it, but anything is possible. I thought for sure someone on the site would know about the Hemi and 6-pack cars being they were displayed at MCACN. Bill

This COPO Camaro is N663861 and is a Dick Harrell modified car that was sold new at Bill Allen Chevrolet in Kansas City KS. There were at least 4 autos and this 4 speed car that were modified by Dick Harrell and sold through Bill Allen Chevrolet. This car was purchased new by Dave Richardson. It was then purchased by Joe Stidham in the early '70's and was owned by his family until Dave Beem picked it up a couple of years ago. There was a story on this car in the May '15 issue of Muscle Car Review. It is unrestored and has 39K miles. It still has it's original engine. It was in the Vintage Certification Display at MCACN in '18.
