He got off way too easy with a minimal fine. I have NO love loss for people who steal from, cheat or otherwise take advantage of other car hobbyists especially when in the sales and restoration business as it gives us all a black eye. Until these people who steal from customers get put away, greed will continue to drive their lives.

I agree with Rick’s last sentence fully. It makes no difference if it’s rare baseball cards, rare Boss 429’s or anything in between that is bringing good money there’s going to be crooks trying to take advantage of the situation.

Barred for 3 years from selling number match cars that are indeed not "numbers match"? So after 3 years he can do it again?....lol

There is a member on this site that deals in Muscle Car Fraud & no, he is not a sponsor, just a great friend & car guy here in Central PA. You can visit his website for some good reading. Here is my old Yenko that had about 8000 miles on it that the owner brought back to Yenko and had a L88 built for it. It also came with what was represented as the orig. #'s engine. After changing hands a couple times someone bothered to look closely at the block and what a surprise, someone had ground down the casting date and made a new one with bondo.
