No way to know for sure, but probably not many. That is a great combo!

All I know is 0.6% of 69 camaros were black. I would guess most had black interiors. Nice find, should look great. I think with the black cars without v top are supposed to have red hockey stripes for an SS, maybe a red interior is chosen a tad bit more to match that stripe, but still super rare.

I recognize that hole in the floor. Somebody was running a Hurst Ramrod or a Super Shifter....Joe

That IS a project car...:cool2: Get anything else with it ?
I read the 10 10 and thought it was White on Red, as my '70 Chevelle is paint code 10, White. Was a little surprised 10 is black in '69.

Black/red is largely regarded as the rarest color combination across all Chevy lines... Especially in Corvettes, Camaros, Chevelles, Novas!

In 1967, my dad bought a spankin' new C10 off the lot in those colors. I loved that truck and still do the body style, but was always a little embarrassed about the interior color. Red is not my thing...:dunno:

Dig the red interior. The right frame looks hole looks like it was yanked hard. I've only seen one real black car, maybe 2 on the internet.

Great find. Not a common car. I think this is the only small block 69 SS in this color combo I have ever seen.

Nice guy that owned it. He was either the original owner or long term 2nd as I remember it. I had talked with him at length about buying it. I just couldn't bring myself to the color combination back then.:stupid:
