Neat car - rare to see a column shifted automatic GTO with no console.

Seller mentions the "original 400 engine". Not in a 66 GTO, but then again seller would appear to be a Mopar guy from his username.

From the looks of that user name and what’s parked in the garage I’d say this seller made a mistake about this Pontiac saying it has a 400.

It has the valve covers that only fit a cylinder head mated to a 389. Probably has 093 heads.
400 is a completely different motor with heads that require a taller valve cover.

The “O” is upside down.

Our '68 was a column shift/bucket seat/no console set up.

I remember being embarrassed about that column shifter when I was a little kid riding around in the back seat.
