Chevrolet Gear and Axle division. Eaton was just the posi supplier.

The casting numbers were the same...and as far as I know, all the mechanical features were the same. Pretty sure they are interchangeable.

My understanding as well, both 67-69 Camaro and 68-72 Nova are interchangeable measurement wise. I am not sure on the codes. Bill

If you look at Colvin's book, there were more choices with the Camaro. The BT rear was a common item for these cars....pretty much all the codes were the same.
