The Orange and White car is legit. It’s a scammer who has it listed on eBay. The VIN number listed is not the VIN for this car. The current owner doesn’t have it listed on eBay.
I couldn’t get the second link to open
The pic of the vin is the same pic. Look at the reflections.
How long ago was the black car sold? Surely the new owner didn't swap interior and paint it to match the VN trim tag.

That makes sense.
Report to ebay so they can take down the ads.

The owner of the Orange car has been trying to get eBay to remove it. I'm not sure what is involved to get an add removed.

It looks like the Orange with White roof has been removed but the others remain

you would think if they catch someone trying to scam people, they would kick them off just not stop the one auction.

I reported all three to Ebay
A friend's classic car that was for sale on consignment had the dealer photos hijacked and the mystery seller put the car on ebay.
We did our due diligence to let the parties know. We confirmed that the ebay ad was indeed bogus. Then we decided to have a little fun. We were putting $20,000 and $30,000 bids on the car and boosting it well past what it was worth. The illegit seller, deleted the bids and banned us from bidding on the car. It took a couple of days, but ebay eventually deleted the auction.
