That's a good question.
I used these guys in Villa Park Il. for nearly 30 years,but haven't since 2018/19.
I don't know if they still do Car Bumpers anymore as a lot has changed.

I have an excellent core that was rechromed for show. $1,500.00

I also have an NOS one in the blue/green rubber plastic, not sure what they are going for?

Also have the rechromed spears and rechromed bumper guards (show chrome) and NOS bumper guard strips. Call 630-377-1222 if you have interest.

Here are three I have used, although not always for bumpers.

Keystone, formerly Gopher Bumper, ask for Show Chrome, in Brainard MN was my go-to for years, etch your ID in a hidden place to be sure you get yours back and check the quality immediately on return!
