I think that car would respond really well to some gentle and well thought out cleaning!

Yeah, I had to go through the whole ad. It's in the last paragraph. At least that's where I found it. It does mention engine turns freely earlier but doesn't say "not running".

if you had to take the motor apart to repair, just lightly clean removed parts and reinstall and don’t paint anything.
