1962 409 Belair Bubbletop

!962 Belair Bubbletop, frame off restored on this numbers matching 409 with 409 horse, formerly displayed and owned by Bucky Austin in his Meseum. Atlanta factory built, early car with the earliest 068 casting 62 block I have experienced, matching date code carbs, trans, P case posi, matching vin on engine pad along with the QB suffix( for some reason I cannot locate the engine pad picture but I will add when I edit the ad). The pictures are recently taken and the car has been restored for about 16 years and appears to be well sorted out . Original red/red car and yes it is a true V8 bubbletop vin. Thanks for a comment, I always try to buy only cars I really like and don't always intend to sell them. This car shows better in person than it does in photos and it has 251 miles on it since restored but you can't tell looking at it. I did do some light detailing on the engine after I purchased the car, pulled exhaust manifolds, intake, radiator, fan shroud, replated hood hinges etc. I am selling this one because I also have a black one with red interior and I don't need both. Which ever one sells first I will keep the other one.
