Yes, Jeff Dotterer has been in the old car hobby for a loooong time. Nice to see that he was able to help reunite this young man with his father's Elky.
It was nice watching the infancy of this find unfold on Facebook awhile back.
The son reached out for help finding,with just a brief description of his Dads '68 Black Elco on FBook. Jeff D. replied back,showing general photos of a certain black '68 Elco he had on his premises.
One particular photo showed the unique Buzzard decal on the glovebox door,and that's when the fireworks went off.
