Imagine how much better the world would have been with modern cameras and recorders back in the '60s.

I like the 1969 Shelby on the return road.

They just got the cuda and that was there first time to the track. They still have the car. Here is a picture from 1972 in street racing trim and a present pic of it setting in a garage.

Does it still have its original running gear?

I don't know. I will ask and see if I get a response. I saw it on the book of faces and thought some of yall would like it.

Neat car.
Wonder if they kept the shaker setup.
Standard on a Hemi Cuda but rare on a Hemi Challenger.
Remember being in an auto parts store picking up a pair of 426 valve cover gaskets years ago.
Counter person asked why I needed 2 oil pan gaskets!!!

If it is an "R" code car it is not a huge deal if it does not.

Does it still have its original running gear?
Owner replied and said yes but modifications are 12 to 1 pistons, magnesium crossram, racer brown stx22 cam and 4.56 gears.

Now that is awesome that they still have it and with the original engine. That is so cool.

The automatic transmission probably helped the original drivetrain survive.

that car rocks! thanks for posting, it really took off in those videos. My friend has a 70 hemi cuda auto (Column shift, bench seat) and he had it since new, it is a scary ride (like this yellow car).
