Looks like a fair price for what it is assuming the paint is presentable as mechanical items could be corrected by most fairly cheaply. The under dash wiring seems to have been messed with given the plethora of wire nuts. Seller indicates price is somewhat flexible, so someone could perhaps get into it at a decent entry point for a mid year convertible with a 4 speed and the original engine.
