Found this on the web 124379N610881
West Coast Classics are proud to present an absolutely exceptional and beautifully restored example of this original southern California black plate matching #'s 1969 Chevrolet Camaro RS Z28 X33 DZ 302 4 speed Muncie manual transmission car (not a clone!) with it's original matching #'s DZ 302/290HP and date correct and designated casting # 3956618 engine, original stock 4053 DZ Holley carb, original matching #'s 3925660 4 speed Muncie transmission with stock Hurst shifter and which was built in Norwood, California (Code NOR) and born with and still retaining its original cowl tag (trim tag) showing super desirable original color/equipment combination of Cortez Silver (Code 69) color paint with black racing stripes treatment and black vinyl top (B), original 'Ivory Houndstooth' interior (Trim Code 729) and the highly desirable X33 (RS/Z28) package with power steering, disc brakes, tilt wheel, sweeping arm clock, remote mirror and center console with gauges! Please note that the car does not have its original RS steering wheel. Originally delivered to a dealer in the southern California area where the car was apparently obviously always garaged by only California owners for its entire life! This is an early 1969 model (B-12-9 - 2nd week of February) and a very rare and restored example of one of the most iconic muscle cars ever built!

Heres more, I would have to see that pad stamping as its not really lining up with other NOR z28's built at this time.
Would also like to see the cowl tag. But it does say it was judged and scored a 992 out of 1000. achieving Gold Level. MacNeish Certified in 2012 and 2013
There is no evidence of any rust or major accidents. We have checked the numbers and to the best of our knowledge only the alternator seems to be non-matching.
The date correct and designated engine block casting # 3956618 for the 1969 302/290HP engine is clearly visible and obviously authentic on the head of the block by the bell housing.
The front pad clearly reads V0219DZ with the matching 9N610881 last digits of the VIN #.
The correct exhaust manifolds are LH: 3942527, Date A-27-9. RH: 3946826, Date C-19-9.
The correct cylinder heads are LH: 3927186, Date A-7-9. RH: 3927186, Date A-7-9.
The intake manifold reads 3932472.
The distributor reads 1111480, Date 9-A-20.
The water pump reads 3953692, Date C-25-9.
The correct factory stock Z-28 designated Holley carb reads 3923289 DZ, # 4053, Date 05-30.
The correct 4 speed M20 wide ratio Muncie transmission main case reads 3925660, Date P9B17B. Vin# 9N610881. Sidecover reads 3950306. Tail Housing reads 3857584.
Cooling Fan Blade reads 3947772, Date B-69.

Saw it at B-J AZ 2016. Sold for $154,000, huge at that time. Very well-done restoration.
They are misinformed. The Norwood plant was in Ohio, not California. The Van Nuys CA plant produced Camaros; why would they build the order at Norwood OH and ship it 2,300 miles? NCRS shipping should be available.

Latest add says
the NCRS Shipping Data Report indicates, this car was produced on March 7, 1969, and it was shipped to Fletcher Motor Co. in Fletcher, NC.

Jerry writes a report, doesn't mean much if they don't show what it says.
