I have never understood why listings don’t show the garage. It’s a big part of a house! Though I suppose we here are biased.

That's a very nice place, Anthony, it should sell fairly quickly.

Our attached garage is a slightly oversize 2 car. It is insulated and finished, but outdated for today's "needs" of a 3 car. Now the 25X45 heated and air conditioned shop next to the house will be a draw for a car guy.
And then there is the 32X48 shed in the back yard...:biggthumpup:

Hah, it was a local sale - shipping was too much for most... shipping costs have gone through the roof!
