Looks like he threw it all together with better pics for this auction, but he, conveniently, left out pics of the rust in the quarters.

Looks to me like the rear crossmember has been cut away where the trans mounts to it, and I'm thinking that would weaken the mounting considerably. Not a deal breaker, but just strange.
