I thought Tim was kidding...

Yesterday I was treated to a tour of Boulder Motorcar Company World Headquarters, including a ride in the L88 Camaro   :3gears:

Then Jani and I had a great a great dinner with Tim and Tracey at the Boulder Beer Bar and Restaurant. :beers:

Man Bill, y’all must be on a world tour. I had the pleasure of having dinner with these characters in July.
Always a great time! Can’t wait to see y’all@MCACN!.:beers:

I do tend to wander around a bit Dave...twelve states since June. Would've been about four more if the Carolina Chevelle Club hadn't cancelled their annual Hendrick show. :frown:

This is a great example of the friendships Tracey and I have made through this website. Bill and Jani are always a pleasure to visit with. We had a nice dinner. I myself had the Friday fish fry on Tuesday (excellent Walleye!) Bill and Jani both had a french dip that was almost as big as a baby's arm:cool2:

The look on Bill's face was priceless, when he figured out that the "Boulder Beer Bar" is indeed the name of where I was taking him:grin:

Great food, nice people, with the atmosphere of a local "up north" tavern. See ya all at MCACN:beers:

I believe I've had a beer at that place. Gods Country, that's for sure.

For those of us who have lived our entire lives, close to the woodlands of northern MN and WI, those local bar/restaurants all have their own personality, but are clearly identifiable as, "Up 'Nort" by the decor consisting of wooden tables, mounted fish, and other, assorted animals.
Tim's mention of fresh Walleye kind of got me thinking I need to drive a couple hours north soon and reacquaint myself with that country.
