I have had these in my stash for a very long time...

They were originally on a 283 motor that I installed in a 58 Willy's...:cool2:

The driver's side manifold has a part number that starts with 374...the rest is hard to read.

They seem to be in pretty good shape...no visible cracks or broken ears...looks like 2" outlets and there is a hole for the choke tube on the pass. side manifold.

Might sell or just put in them "Pay Forward' section...

Let me know what you think...

Did a little research...here are the part numbers.

3749965...driver

3747038...pass

looks like these were used 58-63 Chevy's...283/327

***this motor did have a generator...might still have that in the parts??

Would normally only be useful to someone restoring a low horse car; which just doesn't seem to happen often.

Or... to someone doing an engine swap that needed to figure out how to get clearance for steering, etc. Wish I had a set of these back when I was putting the Chevy motor in my 49 Studebaker truck. Now I have two sets!!! I ended up using something that works, but it was a tight fit.

Pair of low horse ram's horn exhaust manifolds, even at 2 inches, should be worth $100 plus the ride. Or, as you said, just post them on the PIF classifieds. I love seeing guys use my discarded parts. I don't have to make money on every deal. In fact I usually don't.

Checking Colvin's book, some of the low-horse Corvette's used the 2" manifolds.

Thanks for the input.

I have a fish tote (remember where I'm from) full of the 2" ramhorns of all styles. I've never been asked about them ever.
