View Full Version : Can’t send PMs to bhallschevelle

Hi folks,

I tried replying to a message from bhallschevelle and the error message indicated his account wasn’t set to receive PMs. He’s interested in a camshaft I have for sale so I’d like to resolve the issue. Is this a simple setting on his end that can be changed?

Yes, HE has to allow this. In the header bar, to the far left and just below the sign in box, he needs to click on "user CP" once on that page, he needs to scroll down to Private Messaging and click/check the square box to enable PM's.

I found his info page, but he doesn't have an email listed as a form of contact. I doubt Steve can activate the message system in bhalls account, but he should have an email from when he registered in July and can send him an email explaining how to activate it himself.

Im still having the same issue as well

Jim, I received all your PMs and you have received mine. I had our programming admin look into it and nothing was found. If we can't see a problem it's difficult to rectify.
