I'd like to know how many LD code L72s were assembled for 1969. Appreciate any info, thanks.

Maybe William. I know he is more in tune with first gen Camaro stuff, but maybe that spills over into other L72 production numbers.

There were 546 L72's in Full Size Cars in 1969
168 of which were Turbo 400 Trans
The balance was a combination of 3 and 4 Speed manual transmissions.

Is that the total L72 engine production (including warranty units and complete over-the-counter parts department units that were not factory installed in cars)? Or is that just the number of vehicles factory produced with RPO L72 ?
