I’m trying to determine if Fred Ballard is still restoring fuel pumps. Have an original assembly line pump off my car I’d like to restore. Thank you.

He did a pump for me last year, I believe he's still operating.

Just got one back from him. Great work but it takes awhile to get them back.

I'd like members to post pics of show quality restored fuel pumps
so I can SEE what to Expect or what I need to replicate...........
This below pic is a AC service replacement...........I "think" the Aluminum Casting
(upper portion) is coated/plated with "something" but I dont know what
Fred B told me that he glassbeads and protects with acrylic clear.........Correct me if
Im wrong........

I’ve sent 2 pumps to Fred to have rebuilt.
First one was a complete rebuild and restore with plating.
Took 11 months.
I sent another for a survivor rebuild to Fred on Friday and received it back today!
Looks amazing and super quick turn around.
4 day turn around….
Might also add I am just a couple of hours away from where Fred’s shop is so I’m sure that factored into the quick turnaround.
Thanks Fred!
