Some amazing Cobra pics in build process at Shelby's LAX facility. There is something about these actual photos that bring you there at the time.

Real British craftsmanship on the original Cobra bodies. Hand made out of sheet aluminum on wooden body bucks.

I have a full wall size picture of Shelby’s shop in my garage, it hovers over the ‘67 Corvettes. Talk about split personalty.

A few vintage Cobra photos from the heyday.

Back then and still today one mean nasty brute of a car with a touch of sexy.

I'm sure I'm speaking for many people but I would love to see a pic of that if you feel comfortable posting.
If not I/we completely understand.

What a great photo, I have a lift in that last stall now and I rarely see the canvas print in full anymore. That's a shame.

On the other side of the pond, as the AC Ace aluminum body was being modified to accommodate the changes required to fulfill the Shelby vision, it's interesting to note the prototype body development:

"The all-aluminum body was constructed by AC's part owned sub-contractor in West London, the Barlow Sheet Metal Company, from aluminum sheets 0.045in thick, the final body weighing only 50lb..."
