My 70 Monte had “df” 67-68 z28 rally wheels on it. I have since put correct “yh” rally’s back on it. What’s the value of these df wheels? Thanks. Jeff

Back in 1986 when I was 18yo. I bought a really nice '70 Monte Carlo. It had 15x6 rallys that never had a trim ring on them which I thought was odd even at the time. I have no idea what the codes were. Pic taken a couple days after purchase.

Big ol whitewalls!

After a couple weeks.. they got swapped out for a set of 235/60R15 Radial T/A's and added a set of NOS Chevy van trim rings that I snagged from Trail Wagons van conversion place I was working at the time.

I should add.... The spare was also a 15x6 rally. I can only assume the car came from the factory with the 15x6's... even though they should have been 7's.

The early DF wheels have larger vent holes. Later had smaller vent holes....more common...Joe

i.e.

Factory Wheels have the 1-1/8" Wide openings (aka Slots) 1967/1968
Service Wheels have the 1" Wide openings (aka Slots) 1969/1970/etc,,,
Joe do I have that Correctly?
