Yeah, our ISP had a slight "problem" earlier today, but everything is back to normal...whatever "normal" is!

Rick, I think you are onto something! Charley is behind ALL OF IT!

Hey, Charley...you wouldn't have anything to do with that power "problem" out in California, would you?

Maybe your ISP went down because of my Power troubles out here in Ca. Anybody have a spare flashlight ? Can someone send me a bunch of those Smiley Faces to use as lights ? http://www.yenko.net/ubb/smilies/burnout.gif

Charley:

Amongst all of this "madness", you bring up a very good point. Our ISP just so happens to be located in California, so I guess it IS possible that this web site could be affected.

Do the black outs effect the entire state? I haven't been paying enough attention, I guess, so I'm not up on the west coast's energy problems. Any help?

The blackouts are rolling and last for one hour at a time.
Los Angeles generally is not affected as Los Angeles Dept. of Water & Power is not deregulated and owns it's own power plants which generate sufficient electricity.
Certain areas of L.A. which are not part of the city (Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, etc.) may be affected.
