Had to share with you one of our local cruise-ins. It is held at Northpark mall in Davenport, Iowa. Attendance usually is somewhere between 500-700 cars. All makes and models. No awards, just tons of door prizes. They gave away a color TV every half hour on Saturday! It only costs 2 bucks to get in. All of that money is used for the prizes, lot rent, port-a-potties, etc. It is held once a month during the summer. They have food vendors, 50-50, etc. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Stuber brought his ZL-1 this past Saturday. Some of you guys need to come to this in the future.
The next day a local Chevy dealer had its 1st ever chevy show, which also invited all makes. Around 300 in attendance. Interesting awards. The top three cars get to display thier vehicle in the dealerships showroom for a few days!
