Dad and I would like to give some special thanks and recognition to the following people:

First off, to ALL of the car owners, and ALL of the spectators. Without you, there is no Reunion, just an empty building. We'd also like to thank Mo and his family, Mom and little bro, and anyone that I forgot (sorry!) that helped make this thing possible.

We would also like to recognize Brandon (Joe) Barr for his accomplishments not only this year, but the previous years as well. For those of you who have attended the Reunion in the past, you have saw his awesome memorabilia displays, and as cool as they were, THIS YEAR'S was even better! It was simply overwhelming to look at, requiring several trips to fully digest what was on display. For this, Joe recieved this year's Achievement Award. Words can't even describe this year's display, which spanned several, and I mean SEVERAL tables! And, I hear this was just the tip of the iceburg!

We'd also like to thank Mr. Stephani for the excellent presentation, "The COPO-Locators" for providing the memorabilia door prizes, the "Supercar Workshop" for providing "refreshments" Friday evening, "Performance Years Enterprises" for providing the annual commemorative die-cast car, "Motor Car Memories" for the advertising and connections in the Collinsville area, to Schmitt Chevrolet for the cruise hang out and the GREAT BBQ, the Gateway Center and Holiday Inn for a place to hang our for a couple of days, and Mid America Raceway for giving us a place bang some gears on Sunday.

THANKS A BUNCH, GUYS!!!!

I second the big "Thank you"! I had a great time. Got to meet a lot of great people and see a bunch of nice cars. I really liked the drags at Mid-America. What a beautiful locale for a dragstrip and well run to boot. The cruise and hospitality at Schmitt Chevrolet was very cool (not to mention the end of the evening tire testing /ubbthreads/images/icons/grin.gif !) and the escort by the local police officials was hassel free and well organized (gotta love open headers on a cruise).

Excellent event that you can tell was proudly put on by enthusiasts for enthusiasts!

Once again Joe, Brian and all the friends of Super Car Workshop would like to thank the Clary's for extending their hospitality to all the Supercar owners and enthusiasts. It is the ONLY show we circle every year to attend. The York US 30 show will be the other one. The Harrell 427 COPO and Yenko Nova were the only place to show these cars first. We are already working hard to bring at least three new 427 Camaros for next year. A Yenko, a COPO and a Harrell. All are LeMans blue cars and all are very different. And a gold Yenko Camaro if all goes well...BKH

Thanks again to everyone. Tom S did a great job with the Nickey presentation and Joe B's memorabilia collection is fantastic. There were many interesting SuperCar related photos on display that I had never seen before. The guys from PA do a great job keeping the memory of their "homeboy" Don Yenko alive. /ubbthreads/images/icons/cool.gif

Shor,
Who would want to see an all original drivetrain, low miles, high option Douglass Yenko anyway? /ubbthreads/images/icons/tongue.gif

WOW; At least 3 new cars signed up for next year. I can hardly wait. And Lemans Blue. Hopefully, if all goes well, our LB car will be ready. Tom
