I'm looking for any history/info. on Hugger Orange RS Double COPO I just bought, last 6 of vin: 624797. RS Double COPO
Sold new at Jackshaw Chevy. In Euclid, Oh 4/69. Original owner (off POP) Vera Naikeliene @ 1136 E. 145th St. Cleveland, Oh. She owned the car until 6/71. Then the car changed hands lots of times in GA, SC, NC, & Tenn. Any help would be appreciated. The car is now fully restored & ready for show. Hope to see & meet some of you folks at a show soon!

Are you sure about the spelling on the family name of the original owner (Vera Naikeliene)? An Internet white pages search turned up zero people with that family name in the entire US and Canada.

Closest I could find was Vera Nikulin, now lives in Harrisburg PA. Tel # 717-561-2683. Go ahead, spend a buck and call her.

This car was on traderonline back in Jan.
Sounds like a nice car. What's the body #?

Thanks for the reply, I do believe the car was advertised in the trader earlier this year. It did change hands 2 or 3 times just this year, mostly between dealers before I purchased the car. I live in Texas, which is where the car will be, in my garage, for some time. Body # 277481 ... X11 code with 03E build date code. Anyone know of other COPO's sold at Jackshaw Chevy? Or any info. about Jackshaw, I know it is owned by different people now. Thanks 69 RS DOUBLE COPO

The car was restored by the last previous non dealer owner, Horace Park, out of McDonough, GA 69 RS DOUBLE COPO . He owned the car for several years, had Ed C. look at the car & did extensive backgrounk title & owner history on the car. I will be taking this car & possibly one other to Vette fest in Nov. hope to see & meet lots of members then.
