Claimed 76 B/M Vette on EBAY

Any thoughts on this owners claims? We all know there isn't a 1976 "Baldwin"/Motion anything.
His descriptions sounds like he isn't up-to-speed on his Motion knowlege..

Baldwin Chevy was closed by 1976 but Motion Performance was still building cars up to at least 1989.
