I guess since it's a clone he saw no reason to list the name correctly either. Ebay clone (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2403595918&category=61 61)

Did'nt Brian Henderson have a fathom/black combo?
I believe there were actually 37 Fathom w/black Yenkos. I have one as well. Here's the link: http://www.copo.com/L72-options-Yenko-Camaro-colors.htm
I think he means only one black stripe FG 69 Yenko Camaro.
Brian H did have one.

Yanko? Aghhh! You got to love the speedo where the tach should be, and the aftermarket tach where the speedo should be. The word clone is defined as exact copy, this thing aint even close. I know that the real cars need parts when being restored, but I think the day the Yenko stripes went on the market to anybody who wanted them was a dark day for this hobby. I bought a set of Deuce stripes from Don Yenko in the mid eighties and even back then he wouldnt sell them to me until I gave him the vin off my Deuce that he verified as being real before he would take my money. Way to go Don! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/worship.gif

From the tone of this post, now is probably not the best time to ask, but I'm not too smart. I am cloning the fathom/black stripe Yenko after seeing it at the first reunion, and am curious where the real one is, now.

It's back in PA, just north of Brian's shop where it started!

Just north of Latrobe, where? My wife is from Indiana, PA (OK, actually Clymer) and I'd love to see the real one and talk to the owner, on one of our treks to the inlaws'. Dinner at Luigi's and seeing the real one all in one day. That'd make the 10 hour drive worth it. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beers.gif And maybe even a Rolling Rock!
