Welcome John,
Are you looking for a '69 or '70 Yenko Nova?

Marlin;
I'm still looking for a real nice, restored 4 spd car with docs. Prefer a 70. You can send me a PM. Pat

Belky actually passed on that silver one on EBAY! It is now in Arizona, it was a project car so probably not what you guys are looking for.
Four of the last five Deuces to trade hands were project cars! This is a change from the past where restored cars were changing hands more than project cars. The next car that's reportedly about to break out for sale is also a project car, you will hear more about it if the owner decides to advertise pending a private sale negotiation.
The last Yenko Deuce sold was a newly discovered Huggar Orange, 4sp, p/s, car I was chasing for 6 years! Somebody else found the exact location of the car, we met up for me to verify it, and he bought it - many congrats to him!
They are still out there, so keep looking!

John,
Be patient /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif it took me two years to find the Deuce that had everything I wanted (original drivetrain) and could afford.

Stubb...
The last few project Yenko Deuces were not posted here, or anywhere for that matter, they did not need to be! The majority of them sell via word of mouth.
Also, I know you were requesting a bucket seat Nova and all Yenko Novas are bench seat equipped. I eventually bought that Rallye Green Nova from Will that you were inquiring about last year - just no time to work on it!

You better have someone like Marlin looking for you because these cars sell so fast that unless you have someone that has their "finger on the pulse" you will never get a chance to purchase one, also with the prices skyrocketing you will have to prepare yourself for "sticker shock", even basket cases are demanding top dollar! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/3gears.gif

And a good project car it is, EBAY, Carlisle, Maple Grove, and Allen Cardo have been good to it as well! Jim Brady got to it long before Will or I did, got some choice L78 parts out of the trunk /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/mad.gif
Will keep my eyes open for you. You should call Wayne Bushey at NNN occassionaly, he has project cars show up from time to time.

Hi Will;
Still working on the paperwork angle, found out who might have the original seats - which would have the broadcast sheet - which would have the engine code - but can't find the guys /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif
The original owner passed away tragically, so that angle won't help. I spoke to his brother, he remembers the car but no particulars other than it was fast. I'm still diggin /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
if you need me to try and find some one around here PM me has there are a lot good ole boys around here that seem to know everyone!
I'll do what I can!
