Some standard (381 HP ) autographed cars have changed hands for $85K. plus.

Two (2) not autographed cars have sold for $59,200 and $60,000.

Haven't heard of any Phase 1 or 2 cars for sale yet.

I think only 43 got signed. Didn't here the Initmidator's had a stage 2. Anything is possible though. The 60 mark sounds about right. Several have been on ebay, they didn't hit the reserves though.

I,ve got an Intimdator SS for sale. It has less than 200 miles. It is car #47. I am asking $60,000.00. It does not have a signed dash.

According to Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet in Newton, NC, only 30 cars were signed prior to Dale's death. However, all 83 built in the series are desirable, signed or not.

Yes 30 cars were signed 1-28 there was no #13 car and 3 scars in the 50's. The the dashes for ones in the 50's were signed because they were purchased by people in California before Dale's death and Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet got California emmissions cars in late.

So far there are 3 phase 2 Intimidator SS's and the third one is in south GA. There were also two prototypes built with signed dashes. Steve Crisp's car (#76 I think) had a non signed dash, but he kept one of the first signed dashes that Dale did with a blue marker, instead of black, and Dale said, "Yuck" and threw it away. Fast thinking Steve, grabbed it out of the garbage and said, I'll keep that. Little did he know what it would be worth to him a few months later. I told him after he said that he got a car, that we had to put it into his car, and he agreed, so now there are 33 cars with signed dashes. Just a little bit of Intimidator SS Info for those of us interested.

Thanks for the details Matt. You should know because you ARE the Don Yenko/Fred Gibb for the GMMG cars.

By the way, does the name GMMG have anything to do with our mutual friend Rick George?
