72 454 out of a caprice

Friend of mine wants to sell and I might want to buy.Has been rebuilt with very low miles.He said to make him an offer,but I have no idea what it's worth.I don't want to insult him either.Anybody got an idea of what it might be worth? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/dunno.gif
