Can you recheck the vin number? It appears to be out of range of the known 99 Yenko Chevelles.

Sir,

Sorry, I've incorrectly listed the Vin #.
Should read 136379B357236

Yes Sir, this is Randy Millers old car. It was bought and shipped to England July 2001.

No Sir, as of this moment in time the car is still for sale. It is unlikely the car will sell in England as there are simply not enough serious COPO or Yenko collectors to appreciate this car.

Out of curiosity, what does it cost to ship a car back to the US from Great Britain?

Sellers remorse? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

After having the Camaro restored, I won't be able to afford getting myself shipped to England! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/haha.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/haha.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/3gears.gif

Shipping cost!

I just shipped a 40 feet container, 2 cars inside to Norway!

It cost me 2200 US$, from FL.

Guess it would be abt. the same from England to the US.

Tom,
I've just shipped a Mustang from Green Bay, WI to England. Cost for single 20' container from NY direct to London = $1300. Transport charges from Green Bay to NY docks = $550.
Just for your information.

Peter.

Denis,
I would have thought the '69 Chevelle would have gotten better gas mileage than that, driving IT from AZ to NY /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/dunno.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif--- /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/3gears.gif--JoeG -- MosportGreen66 you'd better have that checked.---Congrats on the car.

JoeG please explain. I would love NOT to spend another 1500+ on shipping a car. I have checked with Reliable, Intercity, some smaller companies, and looks like 1500 is the West-East coast rate. PM or E-mail.

Dan, I think you missed the tongue in Joe,s cheek /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ooo.gif I think $1500 sounds reasonable. From Phoenix to Wa cost me $1100 in Jan. Check with Fred @ Concours Transport (great guys).

If you can spend 150K on a car I dont think $1500 should really be that big of a deal? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggthumpup.gif
