Are we now throwing the Chevy trucks into the "musclecar" classification? Or did I click on Trader-On-Line by mistake? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/no.gif

Ok guys, lighten up on Barry. So he is selling his truck. The last truck I owned which I have posted here had close to 1000 HP. 15,000 miles on a 86 sounds like a nice truck. Would make a great tow vehicle for those who dont drive your cars. Barry dug deep to buy my X44 69 Rally Green Camaro that will prove to be a great deal when the paperwork is released. Barry's desire to own a piece of muscle car history may have put him in a position to sell his truck to keep finances on the straight and narrow. Everyone who reads this board doesnt make $10,000 a day. Are we so elite here that a 82 Pace car can be advertised and a clean 17 year old truck cant? Tom and Rob set this site up to benefit Yenko's, yet every kind of car imaginable is mentioned here including a 47 brick ranch with a 60's something garage(love it Bel Air!), yet a soon to be classic Chevy truck catches a ration of $hit? If I remember correctly someone from this board paid a good chunk of change for a Chevy truck at Barrett Jackson this year, maybe a little older, but I bet more miles. Barry may be giving up his truck, but he gained a bitchin 69 Camaro in the process, and maybe, just maybe, he thought he might be doing one of us a favor by offering it here to give us first shot at a rightous truck. We all can be rude from time to time, God knows I can, but step back a second and think about this one, a good part of this hobby is freedom of expression, dont ya just hate it when someone is mumbling at the gas pump next to you about the gas guzzling arogant car you are driving? The Duesenburg guys invited the muscle cars to "their" show last week, if those guys can blow the dust off their attitudes it seems like a step in the right direction we all could learn from. IMO. Barry, enjoy the Camaro and good luck with your truck. Thought for the day: "I may not agree with a word that you say, but I will defend to my death your right to say it!"
Thanks,
Motown /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/scholar.gif

Belair62 -- I would love a picture of that 1963 CAMARO! Personally speaking, I would sell any automobile on this board. My friend asked if I would sell his late 80's full size Pontiacs. No Comments please.

I think that might be Belair ,he said he use to wax cars as a kid, he said one of his secrets to get rid of scratches, was to use a coarse steel wool pad with wax on it. Great job Belair no more scratches-----/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif----- /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beers.gif
