Great looking car! I was wondering when it was converted by Motion as the 454 was not around when the car was new. Can't wait to see it in person in a few weeks.

Didn't Corvette and Camaro production run late in '69? They were builing '69 and '70 cars (different models of course) at the same time, so if it's a late build 'Vette, say November or so of '69, then it could have still been on the showroom as the 454s were available. Right? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/dunno.gif
Rob, I know the Camaro production ran late in 69 as my Baldwin Motion Camaro was a 10D car, but was built with an L-88 427. Also, there is one '69 BM Camaro that came with an 454 LS-7 spec engine, however, I am not sure of its build date. I think it will be at the Reunion this year and was the car that Legendary restored on the Dream Car Garage series.
Since this month's feature car did not come from Baldwin Chevrolet originally, I assumed it was converted by Motion as a used car, but the write-up did not list the date on the Motion paperwork, hence my original question as to when it was converted by Motion.
One of the Motion Maco cars was built with the Phase III 482ci/600hp engine like the one in this months feature car.
Joe, do you know what year that was?
I believe the Maco with 482 was built in 71.

Nice car. Hard to believe my car may have sat on the lot next to this one at one time! Both of our cars came from Reedman Chevrolet. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/3gears.gif

What's the difference between the Motion 480 ZL serie
and the 482 Motion XL serie.
