I don't want to start any fights here, but is anyone going to Pigeon Forge this weekend for the muscle car invitation show? I think it may give the wife and I an excuse to take a long weekend in Tennesse.

Be sure to visit Floyd Garrett's muscle car museum in Sevierville. He always has a great collection on display and well worth your time.

I always encourage members of this board to visit Floyd's collection if they are in the Southeast. He has considerable knowledge of many of the muscle cars we all enjoy and remember.

Have fun with your new car and enjoy it.

I get the privilege of seeing Randys stuff before, during, and after the restoration is complete, and as always its awesome, that particular car is a 28,000 original mile car,he did not replace the interior or carpet, it was that nice to begin with! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggthumpup.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/3gears.gif

Will Randy M. Bring the B/M 70 Camaro to VetteFest Nov.21-23?

T Billigen

I asked him if he was coming to Vette Fest. He said he would try but could not make any promises. His work keeps him real busy and he has a hard time making plans to attend many shows.

Nice cars Tom and Kevin, How many supercars were in attendance?

T Billigen
10-11-2003, 12:32 PM
I think there was around 60? pretty close distribution between GM, Ford and Mopar. There was some very rare cars there: Shelby Mustangs, (most signed by Shelby) Some Hemis, two "Boss 429s", a 1963 Max Wedge,Hemi Cuda, 427 Fairlanes, Patrick Joiner had a beautifully restored 65 Fuelie Corvette that has won alot of top awards also. Belky had his awsome ZL1 there also and he let my son drive in the parking lot, he is still talking about that!! Hey Joe, that NOS E-70 looks real good in my trunk!! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggthumpup.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/3gears.gif

Here are the names of some of the people from the site, I hope I don't forget anyone:
Matt Murphy: 2002 Grumpy Jenkin's ZL1
Dave Belk: 2002 Garnet Red ZL1
Patrick Joiner: 2002 Yellow ZL1, 1965 Corvette, Motion Pontiac
Kevin Hand: 1969 Yenko Nova, 1969 Cortez Silver ZL1
Mark Hassett: 1968 B/M Camaro
Mike Guarise: 68 Landy race car
Gary Holub: 1969 Hemi Camaro
Super Car Workshop 1969 Ralley Green Yenko Camaro
There was a young couple from Iowa and I don't know there names with a beautiful 1969 Hugger Orange COPO Camaro
Robin & Tom Billigen: 1969 Hugger Orange Yenko Camaro
Randy Miller: 1970 B/M Camaro /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beers.gif

Who owns that rally green Yenko now? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/dunno.gif They indeed restored that car several years ago, but I know the SCW didn't take any cars to that event, as I just spoke with bkh a few days ago.

I think a place called "World Wide Muscle Cars"? has it for sale along with a couple of Shelby Mustangs. I don't know who the actual owner is? The Camaro still has the "Supercar Work Shop" license plate on the front. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/3gears.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/flag.gif
