Charley,
I agree.....but you are so blunt, sometimes you suck. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif Poor guy, ask a simple question and along comes Charley with his pin to pop balloons! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I kinda like it, looks like an IMSA racer - just needs an LT1 in there.
Resembles a 1974 AMC Matador to me.

I was flipping through an old 1975 issue of Popular Hot Rodding yesterday and saw one just like that. I'll have to see if I can find it again. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/headbang.gif

Kind of looks like the kits Eckler Corvettes used to sell for the vettes. Sort of like that trans am racer look.

Hooker Headers is the company that made the Fiberglass panels for the Vega. Very popular in the '75-'77 era. Hooker also made a kit for the Chevrolet Luv pickemup.

Popped balloons or not it's still a visual tuna!

Looks like someone adapted the lower body panels from an old Chevy Monza Mirage. The Monzas were red, white, and blue if my memory serves correctly.
