Got my pair this morning <font color="red"> Life is Good </font> only took 15 mins to get rid of the free tickets they were giving.

Blaisdell Arena New Year’s Eve Gala

Free tickets are available to Hickam AFB personnel for a New Year’s Eve Gala at the Blaisdell Arena. Show begins at 10:15 p.m.

Those with a military ID card may pick up tickets at the 15AW Public Affairs office between

Monday, 29 Dec, 7:30 a.m. and Wednesday, 31 Dec, 1 p.m.

Quantities are limited.

I saw the Doobie Brothers with Jimmy Buffet in Macon Georgia in the late 70s. What I remember of the concert was great. One of my fondest memories of the concert was talking to a young lady that was wearing a rabbit fur halter top. AAH, the good old days.

BTW, how are you on music trivia? Before Michael McDonald joined the Doobies, he was with another group out of his hometown, St. Louis. Can anyone remember the name of the band? Gotta admit; I don't recall so I'm basically fishin' here.

Yeah, I knew about the Steely Dan days but I'm thinking earlier, in St. Louis. KSHE radio used to play a couple of tunes with his vocals, but I can't recall the group. That's a voice you don't easily mistake for someone else!
