My palm trees and rose bushes don't get this treatment very often.

Happy New Year, guys & gals!

I'm guessing you cropped the photo of the truck so we didn't see the snow blade hangin' off the front! http://host.threadshosting.com/~yenko/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/naughty.gif

LOL! Notice what gets parked outside.

I forget, Dennis; when sliding left, do I steer to the right while standing on the brakes? http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/no.gif

Just use the E-brake and the gas. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/naughty.gif

BRAKES? http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif No fun at all. Just keep the wheel cranked to the right and stay on the gas 'til you get dizzy! http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggthumpup.gif

[/ QUOTE ] I think my bro is making reference to the "bootlegger's turn" as I'm sure we've all seen on the Dukes of Hazzard. A snow covered parking lot in conjunction with the console mounted E-brake handle makes these popular among the high school crowd...but that's not to say Steve's too old to execute one. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

We are freezing in Lake Havasu also, no snow though. I WAS coming up for a golf lesson this weekend!!. LV is that truck supercharged?

Damn that IS strange to see.....we better watch out here in Chicago...first decent snow and our illustrious city/county/village crews will put down as much salt as they possibly can just to get rid of it..

geez, we get a spell checker for one day and Belair is already using words like "illustrious". http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

I wondered if the snow made it that far south. You'll be fine without your golf lesson...what are you now, a plus 1 handicap?

Yeah, it's supercharged, and a friend [Jody Bernard] showed me how to tweak it up to 15 lbs instead of the factory 8 lbs. I don't think Shor's ZR1 wants anything to do with that truck between the stoplights. Plus, it's fun messin' with the Mustang boys on the way to work. I just wish I'd stayed with 20" wheels/tires instead of 22".

Yeah, plus 1. Jody Bernard is a super nice guy and boy can he make HP., guy is talented.
Sweet truck, I just bought the 04 (I know its a Ford) and was thinking of supercharging it. I know Jody's Lightining rips stangs and rice burners also.

Heck - we haven't seen that much snow up here yet!...we had a little once and they dropped more salt on the road than there was snow...so they were plowing salt instead of snow....now that I think about it, we haven't had a real "white christmas" here in a couple years???...
