Is there a site that lists E.T.'s of Supercar's and musclecar's from back in the day? Test's done in the late 60's and early 70's. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/3gears.gif

Whoa, there...Ellington?? Man, you're down here in my neck of the woods! You ever get to the drag strip? What's the closest for you, Sikeston?

Hey fellow Ozarker! Sikeston is the closest. It about 1 1/2 hours from me. Only an 1/8th mile track though. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsdown.gif Alton is a nice place. The Irish Wilderness and Eleven Point river are great places to visit!

You're darn right! Went 4-wheelin' (ATVs) today and spent all day out in the National Forest, and even crossed the river a time or 2! Was a PERFECT day for it!

Never ran at Sikeston, as I mainly run 1/4 mile tracks, but I've heard it's nice. Is it Ron Mayfield that runs that track?

I'm not sure who runs it. I hav'nt been there in years. 1/8th mile just is'nt much fun, gotta shut them down when they are starting to stretch their legs. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/burnout.gif What track do you go to?

Any more, it seems like I go to Memphis more than anywhere...it's a little over 3 hours, Rogersville (Springfield) is about 2.5 hours, and Gateway is a little over 4 hours, so I gotta drive a ways regardless of where I go.

Ya, too bad West Plains does'nt have a nice drag strip. I think it would be well supported.
