Thats the movie where they refer to everyone as "back- easties"... haven't seen that one in a long time! I think that was one of the first movies I ever rented, back when VCR's were something new and cool... http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif Might have to go rent it again! http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggthumpup.gif

That was a made-for-t.v. movie by ABC, I've seen it 2-3 times, sure would like to see it again. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Still can't get over the AMC Matador with a Hemi in it lol.

Here's a little info on the movie, HTH.

The Olds 442's in that movie were owned by the Taggarts of Richmond CA. They ran a small automotive repair shop 20 years ago and the "Munns cars," as we called them, were always parked out front. One was a 442 and the other was just a straight Cutlass or whatever. They ran big-block Chevs for power, if memory serves.
