ATTN: 1969 Chevelle SS owners

I just picked up a 69 chevelle 396 engine that has the following vin stamp on it 1441831. If its your engine email me and ill be willing to part with it. Or maybe trade for a 67 camaro 396 or 67 427. Thanks SRC and everybody keep it up this site ROCKS.

Let me clerify a few things, first im not trying to make a profit here just want to reuinite this engine with its rightful owner and thats the 69 chevelle thats missing her. Second what im looking to trade is for a 67 camaro 396 block or a 67 427 block. Third is i have the block, forged crank, rods with pistons still attached, heads that are date matched to the block and casting 063, and intake that matches as well. The block is a 272 casting number with a JK code for a chevelle with TH400 tranny. The Vin is stamped on the back near the oil filter housing and not on the upper front pad. So if your chevelle matches the vin posted feel free to contact me. Thanks again for the site and Jim keep up the great work on the numbers thing for all us chevy owners who need info on there restoration projects....
