Wanted to say welcome to our newest member, MOTION1. Even though new here, Dan is not new to the sYc, as he had a couple of cars at SCR6, including a '73 Motion Camaro and the awesome looking 1970 Motion Corvette. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beers.gif

And, I understand by talking to Dan, that he has several other neat supercars in his collection, including a couple of more Motion cars. Welcome...to the group. I presume yours is the yellow with the black stripes and headlight covers car that is getting so much press lately?

I am always glad to see more of these cars coming out of the woodwork. Do you know when your car was first put out by Joel? My '70 Phase III GT, was delivered in Jan of '71 according to the BOS. I was under the impression that yours was made after mine.

His 1973 Motion Camaro...I took 15 pictures of it alone at SCR6.
I Normaly wouldn't do that for any car past 1970.

I have about 20+ hi-resolution shots of that one (the orange one w/ aprox 5700 miles on it?) from the Dealer that had it for sale in about 99. An unbelievably clean car!

Wow you guys are awesome. Thanks for all the great comments and praise. It is nice to know there are so many great people out there who enjoy this hobby with the same passion as I do. Lets keep the sport alive...FOREVER!!

Pantera/Fhakya- These are the same cars I brought to SCR6. I don't show a delivery date on my BOS for the GT, but a magazine Joel gave me is quoted as saying the car was finished in October of 1970. I do know it was the replacement car Joel had to build because the original burnt in a two car fire outside his shop.

Fhakya- I would love the shots of my Camaro you took. Could you email those to me please!!

I guess my car is older than yours then. Mine was delivered in Jan of '71. I sure wish we could get Joel to at least date and give a color list of the 10 cars he made.

I found a article on your car at Vette fest in Chicago a few weeks ago. I am trying to get all the articles on them that I can find.

I just got my own copy of CARS Magizine, that shows the Gold W/black stripe late???? '69 that George has and will be for sale in the BJ this winter.

I am sad (Sniff sniff) that the '70 that I have is not in a magazine. I would love to have a few pic of it when it was new. Perhaps the original owner will come up with some for me someday?
