Peter, originals are hard to come by, very hard! I think Ground Up sells a repro, #AFT-238...16.95. Might be worth a look.

Tom
thanks for the info. I cant beleive that GM produced about 4700 LS 6 cars and 2178 L78 cars and god only knows whow many
spares GM had on hand, so I figure there are about 9000 out there some where. I know that many were chucked in the garbage some are in a box in some garages not being used or forgotten. I just need one of them. And oH yes I am willing to pay for one Iwill keep trying,
in the meantime I will contact the person you recomended. I once found for sale and purchased it a 4557 N.O.S carb dated for my car. So I am aways hopeful?
thanks

I almost forgot, I was in Carlyle recently at the chevy parts swap meet, went first morning real early, almost the first customers to scan the rows. After about 2 hours of lookin I came across a 1970 LS6 intake and carb and you guessed it an origional fuel line bracket. I just about
needed to get the toilet papper out as I was sure I had found one. I asked the vendor if he would sell the bracket
or the whole intake, he told me he had just purchase it form another vendor for a customer and it was not for sale
F--- So close so close. You can imagine the 8 hour trip home,
Peter.
