All I can say is when you really need that little part or piece to finish up what I would consider is likely a high end resto, given the price, a measely $545 does seem soooo bad.
Many many car enthusiests have far more bucks than the average Joe. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif

Wow, I got one of those. I use it for car shows. It's in the same condition without the box. I better put that in a safe. Incredible!

NOS?
That Cap looks used to me.It shows wear on both sides.
I can't believe that final bid. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif

When I started selling on ebay I would ship to Canada. I was shipping by UPS, but I found UPS was rippin you guys up north a new one when they collected the duties. I stopped shipping to Canada for a while until I did research and found that the post office only charges you $5 as a brokerage fee for collecting the duty charges. Can you guys from Canada give any other tips for sending parts to the Great White North? http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beers.gif

------The son of a friend of mine in Chicago restores RC-15 caps. He plates them, puts all new guts in them, re-rivets them correctly, and tests them for opening temp. Every one he has done for me has appeared as NOS. Its not his day job and I dont think he will do anything with one thats bent or anything, but Ill turn anyone on to him thats interested. Cant remember what he last charged me but it was fair, particularly in light of the price of this supposed NOS one on E-bay.........Bill S

John,
If you notice, alot of ebay sellers won't ship to Canada.
I'm lucky as I live near the Border & have a place to ship to In Point Roberts, WA.
It makes life a whole lot easier buying stuff, unfortunately I can't help with an answer to your question http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/dunno.gif
